# Christmas Delivery / MILKIES / v1

Start at index.html. Load VISUAL_LOCK.md, campaign-contract.json, DESIGN.md and copy.json. Attach original campaign identity and board 01 as stable style references. This is the MILKIES campaign for October early ordering for Christmas; dates must remain absent from visible promotion. Do not copy historical discount or DIY rules into this campaign.

The ten boards are native square visual guidelines, not separate ready-to-upload ads or a complete HTML newsletter. Use exact parent SVG for implementation. Generated campaign depictions are approximate; the original user PNG remains authority. Light-use alpha PNG is supplied; the dark variant is deliberately opaque because alpha trials had dirty edges. Do not claim an exact vector campaign master.

Before featuring jewellery, supply current base/variation/design IDs, full reference grid, dimensions and material description. Use app855FycNpcG5VM5 and preserve source authority. No jewellery was invented in this kit. Generic gift boxes are mood props, not promised MILKIES packaging.

Create ads in native target ratio with the selected exact copy. For 9:16 keep every text/logo/UI inside the centred square with 6% width padding. Actual geometry must be checked; board 06 is only a mockup. Website: 16:9 and 1:1, whole banner clickable, no separate CTA. Newsletter: hero image + real live text/button. Print: establish trim, bleed and colour profile before output. Never publish, send or change prices on this handoff alone.

Release is a visual candidate: text checked; source files preserved; native logo precision and target-channel runtime verification remain limited. Use provided files consistently rather than regenerating logos independently for each channel.

## Identity / edition / quick start

MILKIES Christmas Delivery, v1, 2026-10-01. Otwórz index.html po rozpakowaniu całej paczki. Plansze 01–10 przedstawiają jeden system; assets zawiera pliki wielokrotnego użycia. Pierwszeństwo: bieżące polecenie użytkownika, oryginały źródłowe, wartości tokens.json, propozycje wizualne.

## Strategy and voice

CORE-01 [user_locked, 01, campaign-contract.json]: kampania październikowa zaprasza do wcześniejszego zamówienia biżuterii z myślą o Świętach. Wyłącznie MILKIES. Bez widocznych dat. Nie jest to wyprzedaż. Ton: osobisty, spokojny, konkretny. Stosuj „Zamów wcześniej”, „Podaruj coś osobistego”, „Wspomnienia pod choinką”. Unikaj wymyślonego „tylko dziś”, „gwarancji dostawy”, rabatu i darmowego dodatku. Polski jest propozycją copy wynikającą z języka briefu; nazwa kampanii pozostaje angielska. Inne rynki wymagają osobnych tekstów i weryfikacji, bez zgadywania terminów.

Obserwacje dotyczą wyglądu, nie metadanych aparatu, dokładnego kroju fontu ani prawdziwości opakowania. Pierwsza plansza ustaliła satynową wstążkę i cienką złotawą krawędź liter. Zastosowania różnią układ i gęstość.

## Logo

CORE-02 [user_locked, 02, sources/identity-originals]: oryginalny PNG kampanii pozostaje źródłem geometrii. Zachowaj czerwonego renifera z prezentem, zielone poroże, łuk CHRISTMAS oraz DELIVERY. Native PNG są interpretacją, nie identyczną ekstrakcją. assets/logos/logo.png: RGBA do jasnych powierzchni. darkopaque.png: wariant na ciemnej zielonej płaszczyźnie, bez alpha. Nie skaluj nieproporcjonalnie. Proponowane pole ochronne: 10% szerokości znaku, minimalna szerokość 160 CSS px do sprawdzenia w kanale. Oryginalny MILKIES SVG zachowany bez zmian, ze światłem kropli jako negatywem; nie pogrubiaj ani nie ekstruduj. Parent logo może pojawić się osobno w szablonie, nie zastępuj go tekstem. Banery kampanii pomijają corporate logo.

## Color

CORE-03 [implementation_decision, 03, tokens.json]: {'cream': '#FAF7F2', 'forest': '#003D29', 'red': '#B82126', 'champagne': '#C3A477', 'ink': '#0C090D'}. Krem dominuje; zieleń buduje hierarchię; czerwień prowadzi wzrok; szampan wyłącznie detal dekoracyjny. Proponowane proporcje jasnego układu 70/18/10/2. Ciemna odmiana odwraca krem i zieleń. Zdjęcie i refleksy nie mają płaskiego HEX. Nie używaj szampana do drobnego tekstu. Kontrast podstawowych par oblicza audyt; CMYK i Pantone nie określono.

## Typography

WEB-01 [implementation_decision, 03, assets/fonts]: nagłówki Nunito Sans, body i przyciski Manrope; pliki variable i licencje OFL dołączone z zestawu nadrzędnego. Creative serif jest autorskim letteringiem generatora, bez deklaracji konkretnej nazwy fontu. Nie podszywaj pod niego fontu web. Skala wdrożeniowa: H1 clamp(32px,5vw,64px)/1.08, H2 32px/1.2, body 16px/1.6, caption 13px/1.4; body max 65ch. Wagi 400/600/700, sprawdź zakres pliku przy integracji. Polskie znaki na planszach skontrolowano. Logo zawsze jako obraz źródłowy.

## Layout

WEB-02 [implementation_decision, 07, web/theme.css]: max-width 1200px, margines 24px desktop/16px mobile, siatka 12 kolumn desktop i 4 mobile, odstępy 4–96px. Proponowany breakpoint 768px musi być dopasowany do istniejącego sklepu. Mobile przebudowuje układ, nie pomniejsza całego desktopu. Jedno główne przesłanie, jeden przycisk poza bannerem. Długi tekst zawija się; żadnego ellipsis dla istotnej treści.

## WEB components

WEB-03 [implementation_decision, 05/08, tokens.json]: Button to anchor z dostarczonym URL; Capsule informacyjna to span, Card to sekcja z nagłówkiem. Odpowiedniki shadcn: Button, Card, Badge; brak potrzeby nowej aplikacji i brak dołączonego kodu premium. Primary forest/cream; hover jaśniejsza zieleń; focus-visible 3px + 4px offset; active bez przesunięcia układu; disabled aria-disabled + brak aktywacji; loading tekst „Ładowanie…” z aria-live; błąd słownie, nie tylko czerwienią. Selected z zaznaczeniem tekstowym. Nie renderuj dekoracyjnego chipa jako przycisku, jeśli nic nie robi. Stan empty/success dotyczy dopiero rzeczywistych danych sklepu.

## APP

Nie projektowano osobnej aplikacji. Ikony gwiazdy są technicznym dodatkiem WEB, autorskim motywem SVG, nie rekonstrukcją renifera i nie nowym logo MILKIES. Gdy istniejący interfejs używa kampanii: dotyk min 44px, safe-area systemowa, klawiatura i reduced-motion. Nie sugeruj nowych funkcji sklepu przez nieistniejące kontrolki.

## Imagery

CREATIVE-01 [observed, 01/04, assets/backgrounds/scene.png]: naturalne światło październikowe, szerokie liście, kremowa bawełna/papier, małe pudełko, gest wiązania wstążki. Przepis 50–85mm, umiarkowanie płytka ostrość i losowe drobne ziarno; to intencja, nie EXIF. Bez choinki, bombek, śniegu i grudniowej scenografii. Zdjęcia przedstawiają fikcyjną osobę. Nie ma potwierdzonego produktu; dla biżuterii obowiązują referencje, rozmiar w mm, konstrukcja, metal i inkluzja. Nie zamieniaj żywicy w opal. Alt opisuje gest albo cel reklamy, bez dopisywania cech produktu.

## Form / patterns / illustration / material

CORE-04 [observed + implementation_decision, 10, assets/motifs]: jeden płynny łuk czerwonej satyny, oszczędna czteroramienna gwiazda, cienka pozioma linia, kremowy papier. SVG gwiazdy to samodzielny odpowiednik wdrożeniowy z krzywymi kwadratowymi, nie ekstrakcja z planszy. Pattern 160×160 ma pojedynczą gwiazdę w centrum i puste krawędzie. Nie zagęszczaj go w świąteczny confetti. Zielone lico i szampańska krawędź liter muszą reagować na jedno światło.

## CREATIVE

CREATIVE-02 [observed, 05, prompts/05.txt]: duże zielone litery serif z widocznym licem i cienką boczną krawędzią. Wstążka może przejść za literami, nie zasłania znaczenia. Kolejność: papier, cień, satyna, tytuł, płaski czytelny CTA. Primary „Wybierz biżuterię” wymaga URL do właściwej oferty. Nie dodawaj odliczania. Native jedna generacja dla całego nowego obrazu. Zachowaj tożsamość produktu niezależnie od dramaturgii reklamy.

## Channel applications

CREATIVE-03 [implementation_decision, 06–09, creative/channel-recipes]: social 9:16 native z całą komunikacją w centralnym kwadracie; 6% szerokości padding. Banery 16:9 i 1:1, klikana cała powierzchnia bez CTA. Newsletter: oddziel hero od prawdziwego tekstu HTML, jednej akcji i wymaganej stopki systemu wysyłkowego. Druk: A6 jako propozycja; wymiar, spad, profil i proof u drukarni przed produkcją. Plansze są makietami, ich wewnętrzne panele nie są samodzielnymi eksportami o potwierdzonych proporcjach. DIY poza zakresem obecnego briefu.

## Accessibility and performance

WEB-04 [implementation_decision, 03/08, web/theme.css]: kontrasty tekstu minimum 4.5, focus 3.0. Docelowa integracja wymaga testu klawiatury, 200% zoom, reflow, nazw przycisków, URL, alt i czytnika ekranu. Te testy nie zostały wykonane na sklepie. Ładuj fonty lokalnie z font-display:swap; miniatury lazy poza hero. Nie wstawiaj całej planszy jako funkcjonalnej strony lub maila. Wyniki kontrastów w qa/structural-audit.json.

## Implementation handoff

WEB-05 [implementation_decision, 07/08, AGENT_HANDOFF.md]: użyj tokens.json oraz web/theme.css jako niezależnych od wersji zmiennych. Przykład: <a class="campaign-cta" href="VERIFIED_DESTINATION">Wybierz biżuterię</a>. VERIFIED_DESTINATION jest slotem integracyjnym, nie gotowym linkiem. Nie przypisano wersji Tailwind/shadcn ani slugów registry. Konsument dobiera API do istniejącego repo. Nie wdrażano strony. Produkcja potrzebuje produktu, kanału, locale i rzeczywistego URL; daty nadal pozostają poza widoczną promocją.

## Governance and QA

CORE-05 [implementation_decision, wszystkie, qa/report.json]: sprawdzono czytelność finalnych plansz w pełnym widoku i powiększeniach; osobno zapisano inwentarz napisów. Oryginalne bajty obrazów zachowano. Poprawki 06 i 08 były natywne. Ciemne logo z alpha miało artefakty: odrzucone pliki nie trafiają do paczki. Ciemny kafel jest opaque. Wierność geometrii generowanych logo nie jest certyfikowana; oryginał ma pierwszeństwo. Brak produktu, dat, zniżek i opublikowanych kampanii. Cofnięcie wdrożenia polega na przywróceniu poprzednich assetów przez konsumenta; nie nadpisuj oryginałów. Nowe zmiany zapisuj w nowej edycji.
